Return Policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in the same condition you received it.
- Unworn or unused, with tags.
- In the original packaging.
- Include receipt or proof of purchase.

- A return shipping label.
- Instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs regardless of the reason for return, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, we cut the cores to the wrong size).
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. The same eligibility requirements apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
